Have you ever had a bad day? I've had a few, when I do I lift my head a few degrees to look around. Amazing what you discover, and what you miss looking at your feet.

My Grandad used to say that you have one mouth and two ears, so use them in that order. He was right, I learnt that if you listen more, speak less everyone benefits.

You are never too old to learn, my daughter taught me this. Each day I look at the world through her eyes, there is always something new and exciting to discover.
